Sunday “World Wine and Wagyu” Lunch @ L’Atelier du Vin
Another one of our now regular Sunday wine club lunches. This time we are at the wonderful new L’Atelier du Vin in central Brighton. And they’ve put a stunner of a menu on. Fresh Salmon Gravadlax to start, followed by Sussex X Wagyu steak from the local and award-winning Trenchmore Farm in Horsham, finishing with a selection of cheeses (we also have delicious vegetarian options for those who are abstaining – so please ask).
Wine wise the lunch will kick off with some delicious fizz, followed by three great white wines and three great red wines, selected by Chris Orr, the main man at The Brighton Wine Company. He will be picking a range of new and exciting wines that he’s unearthed over recent months from around the globe, and pairing them with the delicious menu served up by the fabulous kitchen team at L’Atelier. It will be a chance to enjoy some of the best local produce, alongside fantastic wines, in the cosy and comfortable surroundings of the delightful new L’Atelier.
