Our second destination takes more of its influence from the Burgundy region of France and Italy, bringing their popular cocktail mixes to a new part of the city. Serving cheese and charcuterie alongside our extensive wine list, we will also be launching monthly pop-ups later in the year, teaming up with some of the best chefs in Brighton, Hove and beyond for some unique events.

James Golding, Nomadic Sporadic Pop Up at Cases
Chef James Golding’s Nomadic Sporadic is a pop-up restaurant that offers a unique dining experience.
James has spent many years working in some of the best-known restaurants and hotels across London, the South of England, and New York City. He is a fellow of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Chair of the RACA Sustainability Committee, and Head of Food Education at Table Talk Foundation. He is also a regular on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.
